During May and June, the Missing Persons Resource Center (MPRC), in partnership with the Institute of Forensic Medicine (IFM), successfully organized eight psychosocial support sessions for women family members of missing persons from various communities in the Mitrovica region.
Facilitated by professional psychologists from the IFM, the sessions provided a safe and supportive environment for participants to share their experiences, strengthen resilience, and receive emotional support. The sessions were completed successfully, with participants actively engaging in discussions and benefiting from the guidance and support offered.
MPRC remains committed to supporting families of missing persons and will continue providing these services in response to their needs.
This activity is implemented by MPRC through the programmatic activity “Facilitating the Right to Know and Engaging Mandate-Holders,” with the support of the United Nations Interim Administration Mission in Kosovo.
