Missing Persons Resource Center marks the 4th anniversary of its establishment.The chairmen of the MPRC addressed media on behalf of the families of missing persons from all ethnic backgrounds, with an Appeal with the requests of the family members of missing persons to the relevant institutions.1,640 people are still missing.
