Promote reconciliation among the family members of missing persons while the final goal is enlightening the fate of missing persons, regardless nationality.

Support the enhancement of importance of appointing municipal officials/focal points whose role is to deal with missing persons issue. Every municipality in Kosovo should have an official/focal point that deals with missing persons issue. The role of the officials is to coordinate between families of missing persons and institutions dealing with missing persons issue. The absence of the officials leads to obstacles when it comes to realization of the rights of families of missing persons especially regarding inheritance, child custody, pension and other benefits.

Support improvement of administrative procedures when it comes to exercising the rights of family members of missing persons regarding financial benefits.
