Joint meeting of representatives of families of missing persons from Serbia and Kosovo , supported by UNMIK

On 19 April, MPRC supported the joint meeting of representatives of families of missing persons from Serbia and Kosovo that also included the participation of the government of Kosovo Commission for Missing Persons (GCMP), the Ministry of Justice Department for Transitional Justice, civil society, media and the international community.

MPRC noted the excellent cooperation between representatives of families of missing persons, while expressing a need for the missing persons issue to be depoliticized, the Declaration on Missing Persons to be operationalized, the rights of the families of missing persons to be respected, and the families of missing persons to be informed of the latest developments.This activity is supported by UNMIK – United Nations Mission in Kosovo
