Meeting of MPRC with the Deputy Mayor of Mitrovica, Faruk Mujka, the head of the Human Rights Unit, Fitim Rama and family members of missing persons

The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the work, activities and goals of enlightening the fate of missing persons, within the project supported by ICMP. During this meeting, support was requested from the municipality to enhance the importance of DNA testing, for the identification to be as accurate as possible, as unfortunately in the city of Mitrovica there were cases of misidentification in the past. On this occasion, the Deputy Mayor Faruk Mujka, on behalf of the municipality has offered full cooperation in this regard, and has appointed the official Fitim Rama as a point of contact for the families of missing persons in Mitrovica.
