Meeting with British Ambassador Jonathan Hargreaves

On 25.04.2024, the Missing Persons Resource Center hosted the ambassador of Great Britain Mr. Jonathan Hargreaves. In this meeting, it was discussed about the tireless work of the MPRC in enlightening the fate of the missing persons during the last war in Kosovo. It was also discussed about the challenges that the family members of missing persons face every day and about the opportunities that can be used to help these families.

Ambassador Jonathan Hargreaves expressed his willingness and the willingness of the UK government to always support and help these family members who have been searching for their loved ones for years, just as his predecessors did.

Among other things, he added: “I feel humbled to be here. It is very difficult to imagine the experience of families who have lost their loved ones. They have a vacuum in their lives. I am full of admiration for the hard work you have done. Your role is great to give solidarity and comfort to families.

I assure you that you can count on me as you counted on my predecessors.”
