Roundtable discussion on the “Amendment of the Law on Missing Persons”

Enlightening the fate of missing persons is the most sensitive and the most important issue of both governments, Kosovo and Serbia.

Just as important are the rights of their family members. Therefore, all the Laws concerning those rights must be aligned with the needs of the families.

Families of missing persons and all civilian victims must not be discriminated against in relation to families of other categories resulting from the war.
