Working towards the future: Invitation to join Youth Workshops in Kosovo

Invitation to participate in workshops.

Missing Persons Resource Center invites you to become part of the project – “Youth initiative for building of trust among communities in Kosovo”. The project is supported by the United Nations Human Rights Office in Kosovo. This project aims to raise awareness of the acceptance of differences between communities in Kosovo, create the basis for communication and promote inter-ethnic cooperation, contribute to the trust-building process between communities and promote the importance of dealing with the issue of missing persons with victims-centered approach.

Part of this project are four two-day workshops with the following topics:

1. Similarities and differences between communities in Kosovo.;

2. How much credibility and resources do youth have to influence their society?

3. Obstacles in the trust-building process.;

4. Does institutional treatment of the process of enlightening the fate of missing persons include a victim-centered approach?

The workshops will be held in different locations in Kosovo.

Who can apply: All citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, regardless of religion, ethnicity, race and gender.

Age: 16-30.

How to apply: Send us a Letter of Motivation highlighting the reason why you want to participate in the workshop to the e-mail address [email protected]. (Additional info: You can participate in all the workshops if you want, you just have to write it in the Letter of Motivation).

Last date for application: 06.11.2022.

What is included in the workshop: Accommodation, food and transport to the location where workshops will be held and vice versa.
